Livesay acquired title from Deschutes county, Oregon, to the north half of the southeast quarter of section 36, township 15 south of range 10 east of the Willamette meridian, on April -30, 1932. During that same month and prior to the sale to the defendant Livesay, Deschutes county had, through foreclosure proceedings for collection of delinquent state, county, and school taxes, acquired title to the property above described.
