These are motions to strike off two mechanic’s liens. Prom the allegations of both claims, it appears that claimant is in the plumbing and heating business, and contracted with one J. Ivan Dufur, Jr., for the alteration of the buildings of owner-defendant, at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Camp Hill Road, in Springfield Township, Montgomery County; that J.
