Appeal by defendant from judgment rendered in the Magistrates’ Court, City of New York, Municipal Term, on May 19, 1939, adjudging defendant guilty of a violation of section C19-64.0 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York and imposing a fine of twenty-five dollars.
The violation charged against defendant rests upon the failure to obtain a permit for the storage of automobiles.
