BLACKBURN, Presiding Judge.

Following a jury trial, Larry Joe Mack appeals his conviction on two counts of aggravated assault, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon during the commission of a crime, one count of eluding an officer, and one count of having open containers of alcohol in a vehicle.
