The above entitled consolidated actions came on regularly for trial before this Court without the intervention of a jury on October 13, 1960. The plaintiffs were represented by their attorney, Joseph T. Helling of Crumpaeker, May, Beamer, Levy & Searer, of South Bend, Indiana, and the defendant by Kenneth C.
