This Adversary Proceeding was commenced by James M. Goodman (the “Debt- or”) and the Goodman Automatic Sprinkler Corporation (“GASC”) on July 20, 1987. The Debtor filed a petition in bankruptcy under Chapter 7 on December 6, 1984, and was ordered discharged on March 26, 1985. The complaint alleges that the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) and the Road Sprinkler Fitters Local 669 (the “Union”) have engaged in conduct which violates this Court’s Discharge Order.
