Josephine Storey, Braintrim Township, and Wyoming County (collectively, the appellants)1 appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Susquehanna County (trial court) which dismissed their appeal from an order of the Susquehanna County Board of Tax Assessment (Board).
