The Town of River Junction is a municipal corporation created and existing under and by virtue of Chapter 9060, Special Acts 1921, Laws of Florida, and exercises all of the powers vested in municipalities under the general laws of Florida, as well as the special powers conferred upon it by its special charter and amendments thereto. *
