This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of General Appraisers, and brings here for review a question of evidence. The merchandise *406was ladies’ hand bags, some of which were fitted with toilet bottles, others not.
On arrival of the importation at the port of New York the proper number of cases under section 2901 of the Revised Statutes were by the collector, as therein required, designated for examination by the appraiser.
