In this, and a companion case, brought on behalf o E infants to recover for injuries sustained in an accident on August 8,1945, in the Queens Bridge Housing Project, in Long Island City, application is made for leave to serve amended notices of claim, nunc pro tune as of January 25, 1946. Plaintiffs show that notices of claim were served upon the defendant, but that although duplicate originals were so served they contained no verification.
