The original petitioners — respondents in this appeal — are all owners of real property located in the downtown district of Duluth. Each filed a petition under Minn. St. 278.01, 1 alleging that its property had been “partially, unfairly, and unequally assessed” for the years 1958 and 1959, except that Duluth Terminal and Cold Storage Company’s petition related to the year 1959 only.
