In this action for declaratory and injunctive relief a three-judge court has been convened to consider the request of the plaintiffs that the court declare that “the scheme of selection of members of the board of elections prescribed by Sections 3501.06 and 3501.07, Ohio Revised Code, violates the Constitution of the United States . . . and therefore is void, invalid and unconstitutional.” It is further requested that all 88 county boards of elections be permanently enjoined from further service; and that the secretary of state be enjoined “from appointing…
