Plaintiffs claim title to certain real estate situate in Fayette County, Iowa by virtue of the last will and testament of one. John Jones who died testate, a resident of Peoria, Illinois, July 29, 1909. No parents or children sur*513vived him, but only his widow Elizabeth Jones. The provisions of his will material to this controversy reads as follows: “Second.
