The Arkansas Compress & Warehouse Company is a corporation, and during the years 1902 and 1903 was carrying on business in Little Rock, Arkansas. (after stating the facts.) In this controversy three separate actions are involved. As these cases rest to a certain extent on the same facts, the parties consented that they should -be consolidated and heard together by the chancery court. Without discussing the propriety of this practice, we shall proceed to consider the questions raised by the- appeal-.
