This is an action instituted by appellees against appellant to recover a balance of $1,757.23, alleged to be due on the price of coal sold1 under contract in carload lots by appellees to appellant. Appellant pleaded full payment of the price of the coal as per contract, and also pleaded accord and satisfaction. A trial of the cause resulted in a verdict in favor of appellees for the recovery of $850, and an appeal has been prosecuted from the judgment.
