Stevens, J.-
On February 23, 1921, H. M. Bond conveyed a tract of land owned by him in Warren County, Iowa, to Addie M. Bond, his wife, appellant herein, subject to a first mortgage of $11,000, a second mortgage of $1,500, and drainage taxes amounting to $3,180. Thereafter, and on March 30, 1921, the Warren County State Bank, appellee, obtained a judgment against H. M. Bond for $8,556.66. After the above judgment was entered, the Warren County State Bank commenced an action in equity, in the nature of a creditor’s, bill, to subject the land to execution, alleging that the conveyance from H.
