In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendants Global World Realty Inc., Harón Zubli, Daniel Joory, and Oxygen, Inc., appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Jaeger, J.), entered February 18, 2014, as granted that branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was for summary judgment on the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and denied their cross motion to compel discovery.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
