12The defendant/appellant, Jamal Walker (“Walker”), appeals his conviction and sentence on a charge of armed robbery with a firearm in violation of La. R.S. 14:64 and R.S. 14:64.3. The charge was brought by bill of information filed on November 14, 2007. Walker pled not guilty at his arraignment and subsequently filed motions to suppress the evidence and the identification.
