COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.

Veales Davidson appeals the judgment of the district court * upholding the Social Security Commissioner’s decision to deny his application for supplemental security income (“SSI”) under Title XVI of the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1383f. We affirm.

Veales Davidson was born in 1961. He completed the ninth grade and obtained a general education diploma. From 1979 to 1991, he worked in seasonal agricultural jobs, and in 1993, he worked as a janitor operating a fork lift in a factory.
