Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Heffernan, J.), rendered March 22, 2007, convicting him of attempted rape in the second degree, criminal sexual act in the second degree, sexual abuse in the second *962degree (three counts), and endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kangs County, for a new trial.
