The appellee, plaintiff below, brought suit in the Nevada Circuit Court against the appellant, defendant below. The plaintiff alleged that he was a •citizen and resident of Cass County, Texas, and that the Texas Company was a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Arkansas, and authorized to do business in Arkansas.
