It appears that judgment was rendered and motion for a new trial overruled in this -cause on February 28, 1920, and on said day the trial court entered an order giving defendants 30 days in which to make, and serve a case-made upon the plaintiff, and the plaintiff was given ten days in which to suggest amendments thereto, said .case-made to be signed and settled upon five days’ written notice by .either party.
