This appeal is from an order of the Juvenile Court of Cobb County terminating the parental rights of appellants in their two young daughters.

In his order, the trial judge noted that a termination petition was filed on September 26, 1985, and that after a trial, the court had terminated the parental rights of appellants in their two children. A no*36tice of appeal to this court was filed and the case was docketed, but the parties consented to the grant of a new trial, and this court allowed the appeal to be withdrawn.
