The plaintiffs appellees, consisting of two nonprofit sharing hospital corporations and six practicing physicians of the city of Danville, Illinois, joined in a suit in the circuit court of Vermilion county against the town of Danville and the county of Vermilion seeking recovery of various amounts alleged to be due and payable to the respective plaintiffs under the provisions of par. 15.1, sec. 15, par. 25, sec. 24, ch. 107, Ill.
