delivered the opinion of the court.

Defendants appeal from a decree iii which the chancellor found that complainant was entitled to possession of a certain note for $4,000, the trust deed securing it, a title insurance policy and a fire insurance policy, and enjoined defendants from disposing of them.

The title to the instruments is the controverted point. Complainant owned and had possession of them in June, 1931; subsequently they came into possession of the defendants. Complainant asserts that defendants did not take the papers in good faith but in fact took…
