The indictment is as follows: “The grand jury of.the county of Webster, in the name and by the authority of the State of Iowa, accuse Josiah Conlee, John Wilson, A. Graves, G. T. Richey, John Linn, N. II. Hart, A. S. White, C. C. Carter, D. C. Russell, D. W. Prindle, C. W. Maher and J. M.
