This is a proceeding for a peremptory writ of prohibition, on the return of an alternative writ, to prohibit the Honorable William Hickman Moore, judge of the superior court of the state of Washington for King-county, from taking any further proceedings in a certain cause pending in said superior court, before him as judge-thereof, wherein one O.
