1Opinion of the CourtKelleher, J.

These 'are two petitions for the payment of medical services rendered by both .petitioners to an employee of the respondent. They were consolidated for a hearing before the trial commissioner and thereafter a decree was entered in each cause granting the relief prayed for. The respondent- thereupon appealed toi the full commission where a decree was- entered in each cause which reversed the decree of the trial commissioner on the ground that he had no jurisdiction to entertain the petition. The causes have been consolidated here and .are before us on the appeals of the respective petitioners.
