McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.
Guy Livingstone appeals from a final order entered in the District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri, dismissing his suit brought pursuant to § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, against his employer, Schnuck Markets, Inc., as untimely filed. 2 For reversal, appellant argues that the district court erred in holding (1) his cause of action against his employer was a hybrid § 301/ fair representation claim and (2) the statute of limitations has run on his cause of action.
