OPINION OF THE COURT

Respondent was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York by the First Judicial Department on January 10, 2000.

On December 13, 2005, respondent pleaded guilty in New Jersey of attempted endangering the welfare of a child in the third degree in violation of New Jersey Statutes Annotated 2C:5-1 and 2C:24-4 (a). Respondent’s crime involved three conversations between respondent and someone he believed to be a minor child, two of which included inappropriate sexual content.
