This is an action to establish a trust in land and for a partition of the land. Appellant (plaintiff below) is the sister of the respondent and of Floyd F. Hardin, who was joined as a party defendant, bnt who filed no answer, and seems to have been dropped as a party. This action was filed in the Circuit Court of Andrew County and was sent on change of venue to Buchanan County.
