Defendant appeals from conviction of carrying a pistol “with the intent to go armed,” Code section 11007, and punishment of fine of $50 and 60 days in the workhouse.

The State proved that the defendant carried two unloaded pistols, one an automatic and the other a. revolver, from the living room of his home, out the front door, across the yard, and to the adjoining and contiguous store where defendant was employed; that while defendant was in front of his home, he pointed the two unloaded pistols at the two law officers, and snapped them several times.
