— The question presented is whether decedent’s divorced wife is entitled under the court’s decree to the continuance of monthly allowances, after his death so as to be a valid claim against his estate. Although this question is not new and has received the consideration of many courts including our own, the exact problems raised here have not been passed upon in Iowa.
