This appeal concerns a global plea agreement entered into by the appellant, Akeem Corraspe, disposing of numerous criminal charges filed against him by the People of the Virgin Islands. The charges, which included murder, firearms violations and armed robbery, arose from separate incidents and were being prosecuted under different criminal actions. Thus, negotiating the global plea required coordination of the various prosecutors and appointed defense attorneys assigned to *474each of the prosecutions.
