J.—Defendants-appellants Oxford Development Corporation, et al. (Oxford) appeal from the judgment of the trial court ordering foreclosure of mechanics’ liens in favor of plaintiff-appellee Rausauer Builders, Inc. (Rausauer) and defendant and cross-plaintiff-appellee Clyde Riddle & Sons (Riddle). The action stemmed from an alleged breach of a Sub-Contract Agreement (contract) between Oxford and Rausauer.
