Fox v. Probate Judge

To compel respondent to allow an appeal.

Order to show cause denied June 13, 1882.

Held that the allowance of an appeal from a Probate Court does not depend upon the probate judge, but is a right fixed by statute, and an order of allowance is unnecessary.
