Defendant, Hugh N. Harrison, has appealed from an order and judgment of the Circuit Court of Madison County, Missouri, in which his motion in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis was overruled and dismissed. The motion sought to vacate and set aside a judgment of conviction whereby defendant, on October 31, 1931, was sentenced in the aforesaid court, upon his plea of guilty, to a term of 25 years in the penitentiary for the offense of robbery.
