MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JOYNER, District Judge.

The plaintiff in this case is Clement I. Momah, M.D., a black man of Nigerian origin who had been employed as a resident in the obstetrics and gynecology department at the Albert Einstein Medical Center (“AEMC”) in Philadelphia. Dr. Momah has alleged in his complaint that he was unlawfully discharged from his position on the basis of race and national origin, and has brought this action against AEMC; Old York Road Ob/Gyn Associates, P.C.; Sze-ya Yeh, M.D.; and Jeffrey Levy, M.D. (collectively, “Defendants”).
