There is no dispute in this case but that plaintiff (respondent) was entitled to a judgment for the face of the note set forth in the first count of the trial petition and the court foreclosure of the deed of trust securing same, and the only amount in dispute in this appeal is the amount awarded respondent under the second count of the trial petition, with a further order or decree of the court that plaintiff was entitled to a lien on the premises described for such improvements.
