— In an action for specific performance of a contract, plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Jiudice, J.), dated July 7,1982, which, inter alla, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs’ complaint. Order reversed, with costs, and motion denied, without prejudice to renewal upon the completion of discovery proceedings.
