*1463Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Shirley Troutman, J.), entered June 4, 2014. The order denied the motion of defendant County of Erie for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims against it.
It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
