—In an action to recover damages for fraud, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Brucia, J.), entered March 27, 1991, as granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
