—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of three counts each of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree (Penal Law § 220.43 [1]) and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second and third degrees (Penal Law § 220.18 [1]; § 220.16 [1]). Defendant was sentenced to concurrent indeterminate terms of incarceration, the longest of which is 20 years to life.
