The defendant, David W. White, is appealing his conviction for the crime of theft.1 He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than one nor more than ten years.

We affirm.

On June 11, 1974, an information was filed charging White with exerting unauthorized control over a 1964 Chevrolet station wagon owned by Edward Dreyling.
