This is an action for the recovery of damages based on a claim of medical malpractice. Beverly R. Evans, as widow of the deceased and as administratrix of his estate, brought suit against DeKalb County Hospital Authority, d/b/a DeKalb General Hospital; DeKalb Emergency Group, P.C.; and Theodore R. Rheney, M. D. for the wrongful homicide of her husband and for physical pain and suffering.
