Namir N. Hannoudi petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ (“BIA”) decision denying his request for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture. The BIA denied Hannoudi’s motion finding that the inconsistencies in his testimony supported the Immigration Judge’s (“U”) adverse credibility finding.
