I. INTRODUCTION

■ This action arises from the denial of plaintiffs claims for Social Security benefits. On February 3, 2011, plaintiff filed a Title II application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits (“DIB”). D.I. 9 at 29. Plaintiff also filed a Title XVI application for supplemental security income (“SSI”) on February 23, 2011. Id.
