Rich v. State Mutual Rodded Fire Insurance

I do not approve of all that was said by the trial judge, and do not think we should adopt his opinion as the opinion of this court. I agree with the Chief Justice that the instant case is distinguishable from Johnson v. Insurance Co., 232 Mich. 204, and concur in affirming the decree.
