Henry F. Schwartz and others, brought a representative suit in the circuit court of Kane county in behalf of themselves and other creditors of the Broadway Trust and Savings Bank of Aurora, against the defendants and other stockholders of said bank, to enforce the constitutional liability of said stockholders.
