In 2016, the New York Post (the “Post”), a New York-based daily newspaper, published three articles about The Biggest Loser, a reality-television program on which contestants compete to lose weight. The articles included statements about Plaintiff Robert Huizenga, M.D. (“Dr. Huizenga”), a medical consultant to the show.
